the location was serene with a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. the breakfast was nice and varied. the room facilities such as heating and Wi-Fi worked well.
It was inconvenient that the restaurant was far away from the hotel and there was no other way to get refreshments.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the fact that the heating worked well during our xmas stay. the breakfast was also very nice and varied. We didn't mind that it was in a different location since we were informed in advance.
We were disappointed to find out that we had to walk quite a distance to get to the restaurant for refreshments and meals - especially when it rained. It would have been more convenient if we were informed about this in advance.

Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant neighborhood, and delicious breakfast served in a nearby restaurant. Staff was also helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. , the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing experience during our city trip.
It was frustrating to have to pick up our keys at a separate location without prior notification. the restaurant being separated from the hotel and not having any other refreshment options nearby made for an inconvenient and frustrating experience.

The room and bathroom were lovely, just like the pictures. Heating and wifi worked well. The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
